The hollow bodies make them sound like a mini dobro when unplugged, great for quiet jams and practicing without bothering the family! Plugged in, the full range humbucking pickup through tone and volume controls delivers everything from a bluesy growl to rock scream. These are simply stunning instruments~ very modern looking with all the silver body bolts contrasted with black bolts for fretboard postition markers. Highest quality, handmade, Grover tuners, rear access/ tone port, chrome or black tele knobs, 22 1/2" scale. LAP STEEL GUITAR GIG BAG~
After a lot of searching I've found the perfect Lap Steel gig bag! Very attractive, tough water-repellant exterior, re-inforced edges and binding, tough sewn-in handles with velcro retainer, extra padding and support at headstock, tuner area, bridge, and guitar bottom. Twin zipper closure, large exterior pocket, and included padded detachable shoulder strap. Interior measurements: 35 1/2" long, lower bout 14 1/2" wide, upper bout 11" wide, neck portion 6 " wide. There is some flexibility for slightly larger instruments, but this is an EXACT perfect fit for the Oahu Tonemaster, Supros, Melobars, and most other lap guitars. Will also fit Baby Taylor size guitars, Baritone Ukes, etc. Check your own guitar's measurements- these are super hard to find, and this is the nicest gig bag type case I've ever found.
